With more than seven years of experience in the events industry, Elsa is a well rounded event professional focused on creating memorable and impactful experiences that bring people together. Her background spans across luxury hospitality, destination management, and academia, producing corporate conferences, executive retreats, academic programs, and community events. She excels at transforming strategic goals into well-designed programs, coordinating complex logistics, and building collaborative relationships across teams and stakeholders.

In her current role as Event Planner at the Stanford Digital Economy Lab, Elsa leads the logistical planning and execution of the Lab’s signature events, including conferences, research workshops, and public-facing events that bring together Stanford faculty and students, industry experts, and the Bay Area community. She works closely with faculty and researchers to highlight the Lab’s work on artificial intelligence and the digital economy.
