Her research focuses on two main streams: (1) technology adoption and labor markets, where she leverages U.S. Census data to examine how firm technology adoption affects labor mobility, wages, and strategic human capital decisions; and (2) competition within peer-based platforms, where she studies how individual suppliers strategically respond to competition and how platforms can foster growth while improving societal outcomes by adjusting intraplatform competition. Her work has been published in leading academic journals, including the Information Systems Research.
