Technology shapes us as much as we shape it. I am fascinated by what this means for how we work, compete, and organize ourselves.

Henri is a visiting researcher at the Digital Economy Lab studying how AI transforms knowledge work both for individual workers and the organizations they operate in. His research examines how AI shifts productivity, the nature of expertise, and how firms fundamentally change with AI.

He holds degrees in Computer Science and Business from the Technical University of Munich and is part of CDTM, one of Europe’s leading entrepreneurship and research programs. His prior research spans causal inference for customer targeting and graph-based financial fraud detection.

Originally from Cologne, he spends his time outside research making Neapolitan pizza and French baguettes.
