Areas of Research
Luca’s research addresses two main questions: How does AI transform work and organizations, and why do AI projects fail?
He employs a full-cycle research approach, combining fieldwork and experimentation.
Typically, his process begins with inductive exploration to uncover organizational challenges and generate novel hypotheses. He then tests these mechanisms through experiments, complemented by further fieldwork to validate findings and enrich organizational theory.
